As an extension of BMS power® modular technology, recoolers and condensers make it possible to cope with unbalanced load conditions, i.e. situations in which the heating or cooling load predominates or only heating or cooling is required. In such cases, the recoolers or condensers dissipate any excess heat or cold into the ambient air.
In this way, BMS power® modular technology can cover both the ideal case of simultaneous cooling and heating generation and load situations in which the use of a heat pump or operation as a cooling system tends to be required.

At the same time, this demand-oriented dimensioning results in minimal space requirements and low noise levels.
