Air bubbles in heating and cooling systems are annoying – and cost money. This is because air is always a disadvantage in a closed liquid circuit, whether in the form of large or tiny bubbles.
Our Micro Bubble air separator is used to separate even the smallest air bubbles, known as "micro bubbles". It is also available with an optional sludge separator and magnetite filter, eliminating the need for the dirt filter that is normally used.
The Micro Bubble air separator quickly pays for itself, as a vented system achieves better efficiency and is better protected. It does not have to be installed at the highest point of a system. However, it is advantageous to install the separator upstream of the pump, as the separation efficiency is higher there than at any other point in the system. Equipped in this way, your system will be air-free after just a few days.
