BMS power® module technology

Heating, cooling, air conditioning. With one solution

With our BMS power® module technology, we have unlocked the full potential for cooling, air conditioning and heat generation: the modules provide both heating and cooling for comfort air conditioning, commercial refrigeration or sub-zero cooling – individually or all at once. The simultaneous use of the cold and warm sides of the system creates maximum efficiency: this makes the best possible use of the electrical energy used and achieves a much higher efficiency than is usual in this performance class.

Providing useful energy according to demand

BMS power® module technology provides heat or cooling in the required quantity at different temperature levels. Ideally, the system supplies heat and cooling in parallel and exploits the efficiency potential, but depending on requirements or the season, it can also provide heat or (air conditioning) cooling as preferred. We offer the appropriate components for this with recoolers and condensers.

In order to utilise the more efficient operation of simultaneous heat and cooling generation as often as possible, it is advisable to combine the systems with thermal storage units such as our latent storage units.

Safe and flexible operation

BMS power® module technology for cooling, air conditioning and heat generation is highly flexible, expandable and can be tailored precisely to your requirements. By using several modules within a single system, the system offers a very high level of investment and operational reliability. The latter is greatly increased by distributing the heating or cooling capacity across several modules. The fact that BMS power® modules contain only two moving parts – the compressor and the electronic injection valve – also contributes to trouble-free operation.

Invest less, harvest more useful energy

Since the modules can meet different temperature requirements in parallel, significantly less refrigeration technology needs to be installed to meet the requirements compared to conventional systems with separate cooling and heating generators. This minimises investment costs! And the modularity of the system makes it easy to change locations or expand the system at a later date.

BMS POWER® MODULES in various versions

The multi-patented BMS power® module technology, including stabiliser, works with the refrigerant R134a/1234yf and reciprocating compressors and offers maximum flexibility in use. On request, systems can also be supplied with refrigerants such as R404a, propane, etc. (some process limits are restricted compared to R134a and its replacement refrigerants).
